Swedish massage uses long, smooth strokes, kneading, and other movements to focus on the superficial layers of muscle using massage oil or lotion.

Deep tissue
Deep tissue massages uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense. It is also a more focused massage, as the therapist works to release chronic muscle tension or knots (also known as "adhesions".)

Hot Stone
Stone massage is a form of bodywork that involves the application of heated stones to the body during massage. This system of massage stimulates the circulatory system, softens and relaxes muscles, helps to release toxins, induces a state of deep relaxation, relieves pain and muscle spasms, and creates a feeling of peacefulness.

Prenatal
Pregnancy Massage promotes relaxation and peacefulness, and however you're feeling, so does your baby. Becoming pregnant is wonderful and exciting, yet for some women it can also be full of anxiety about labor, parenting, body image or other concerns. When a mother is stressed, her baby is subject to the same changes in stress hormones, blood pressure, etc. that she experiences. Receiving regular massage in a quiet, supportive environment, calms the mother, takes her away from the busy, fast-paced world, and creates a peaceful environment for baby to grow.

Chair Massage
Chair massage is usually a short (10-20 minutes) massage in a special massage chair. The client remains fully clothed and no oils are used while their shoulders, neck, upper back, head, and arms are massaged.
